Tips for birding W. W. Knight Nature Preserve
I see the most birds hiking the wet forest boardwalk. The center recently expanded their bird feeders which you can watch from the nature center. Easily you can see 15 species there. A winter favorite of mine is the flock of Tree Sparrows. If you are there in the winter on a Friday or Saturday, ask a naturist to fill out a bird form for their winter feeder checklist. This will help them know to keep the feeder filled during the winter time.
