Tips for birding Water Works Park
This park is owned by the City of Cuyahoga Falls and sits alongside the Cuyahoga River. It is primarily a children’s pool and baseball fields, but the wooded habitat and open fields can offer good birding. Although the river primarily draws Canada Geese and Mallards, during migration some species like all three mergansers visit while passing through. There is also an Osprey nesting platform near the river.
