The access drive to Hecks Bridge Scenic River Access is on the east side of South Township Road 28, approximately 100 feet north of the bridge so named which crosses the Sandusky River. This access is approximately 0.37 miles north of the intersection of West Township Road 38 and South Township Road 28.

Hecks Bridge access is along the north side of the river and includes a small parking area and turn around along with a trail that leads down to the water. The bridge is about 4.5 miles northeast of McCutchenville.
