The 66.8-acre Dempsey Fishing Access is located on the south side of the Marblehead Peninsula on South Bay Shore Road in Danbury Township, south of Hartshorn Road.

This site provides boaters and anglers with direct access to Sandusky Bay. The Dempsey Fishing Access includes a four-lane concrete boat ramp, a vehicle and trailer parking lot with 45 car-only spaces, a small fishing dock, and a handicapped-accessible fishing pier. The parking lot is lighted and accessible 24 hours.

Additional amenities are limited but include restrooms.
