Chippewa Inlet Trail North Loop
The north end of the Chippewa Inlet Trail can be accessed from the parking area off Lafayette Road (OH-42) or by parking at Buckeye Woods Park and walking to the area. The 1.5-mile trail circles a restored wetland which hosts ducks and geese and can have shorebirds during migration. Walking in through Buckeye Woods park adds .5 mile to each end of the hike.
Birders may choose to keep separate checklists for the Inlet Trail North and Buckeye Woods Park sections of the hike.
