Lock Nine Riverfront Park is a 1-acre scenic observation point of the former levee lock and Great Miami River. It has park benches and also offers memorial plaques dedicated to the history of Piqua. Access to Linear Park. The park is located at 125 E. Water Street. The park’s hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The Great Miami Recreational Trail runs right by the park, following the Great Miami River. The park offers a good view of the river bend as it flows by the town of Piqua. Across the street from the park is a memorial to Domenic ‘Dick’ Gentile, WWII fighter ace.
