Valle View Reserve is a rather small reserve situated next to Beaver Creek. There is a loop trail that is mostly woodland habitat with occasional pockets of wet woods. Definitely no need for a scope at this spot. This park could be a solid migrant trap in spring and fall as the reserve is surrounded by a major highway and a busy road. The parking lot for the reserve is new and can fit about eight cars or so.

Valle View Reserve is comprised of over 27 acres along the Beaver Creek waterway, with a 0.25-mile paved looped pathway. It is located at 1097 Empire Court, off Commerce Center Boulevard.
