Tips for birding Spring Lakes Park
There are paths around the entirety of the three ponds and not just along the one side. The paths are fairly narrow around the ponds and can be tricky to navigate at times with fallen trees.

About Spring Lakes Park
South of Bellbrook is Spring Lakes Park, a 23-acre fishing paradise, where two adjoining ponds are kept stocked with catfish and trout. The park has a picnic shelter, grills, a bait house, a fishing pier, access to the hiking trails in Sugarcreek Reserve, and plenty of parking.
You don’t need a State of Ohio fishing license, but you must purchase a Greene County fishing permit from the park attendant or by filling out the self-permitting form at the park before you fish.
