Tips for birding Sullivant Trace Trail
The Sullivant Trace Trail leads north and then west from Rhodes Park on West Broad Street, where there is ample parking, past the Ohio Department of Transportation headquarters to Glenview Park. Along the way it passes woodland edges and a large retention basin that (when not mowed) provides habitat for wet-meadow birds such as Swamp Sparrow. The Glenview Park section crosses a short boardwalk through wet woods and then follows the wooded south side of Dry Run, ending at Eureka Avenue.
