About East Ninth Street Pier
The East Ninth Street Pier is a 730-foot long brick-paved walkway that extends north of East 9th Street in downtown Cleveland. The pier is adjacent to the North Coast Harbor.
Fishing and parking are permitted in designated areas. A parking fee is required.
The 4.5-acre Voinovich Bicentennial Park is a passive park located at the end of the pier. The park features a brick-paved walkway around its perimeter, terraced green space, concert stage and benches. Fishing is permitted in designated areas.
Both the pier and park offer scenic views of the North Coast Harbor attractions and downtown skyline.
