The 1.6-acre Columbia Park is located on Lake Road (US-6) at Columbia Road (OH-252) in Bay Village. This small passive park includes two observation decks, picnic tables and access to a swimming beach known as Columbia Beach. Dogs are permitted on the beach but must remain on a leash.

The beach is accessible via a 67-step concrete staircase. The observation platforms are located at the top and base of the staircase.

Tuttle Creek, which marks the western limit of Columbia Park, cascades over a roughly 30-foot shale bluff onto the beach. The waterfall is best viewed from the upper observation platform and from the beach.

There is no parking lot at Columbia Park; however, parking is available on the south side of Lake Road.
