About Hurdle Waterfowl Park
This wooded 66-acre park, which is ideal for hiking and bird watching, was originally designed to attract waterfowl. In addition to two miles of hiking trails, there is a 4.5-acre fishing pond, a 12-acre shallow pond complex, and a 2.5-acre duck pond. A mature woods and small buttonbush marsh are also featured in this park. A large observation tower that overlooks the park can be opened upon request and for special events.
